We’re thrilled that you’re interested in making your home at Presbyterian Home and Retirement Community in Quitman, Georgia. To help you consider your options, we provide transparent pricing information. All independent living residences have an entrance fee and a monthly fee. For a second person living in any residence, there is a second-person monthly fee which is the same amount regardless of home type. The monthly fee includes access to all services and amenities on our campus as well as priority access to on-site health services should they ever be needed.
Applying for residency
When you decide to make Presbyterian Home and Retirement Community Quitman your new home, there is an easy application process to complete. The application consists of two parts:
- Financial Qualification
- Wellness Health Application
An application fee of $50 is paid at the time of application and is a non-refundable fee to cover the processing of your application.
